これまで「子どもが幸せになるために、まず大人が自分らしく幸せに生きること」を大切にしながら、”もう一度英語を学びたい方、自分の人生を見つめ直したい大人の方”に向けて活動してきました。
けれど、世界情勢や社会の変化、そしてそれに伴う私たちの日常の変化の中で、
もっと一人ひとりに寄り添える形で関われないか、
未来を担う子供たちのために役に立てないか、
改めて考えるようになりました。
その想いから、活動内容のリニューアルに合わせて、
屋号を
「Havenwood Life & Language」に変更することにしました。
Havenwood に込めた意味
Haven（ヘイブン）＝「避難所」「安らぎの場所」。
忙しい日常の中で、少し立ち止まり、
自分の気持ちを整えられる
“心の居場所”でありたい、という想いを込めています。
Wood（ウッド）＝「森」。
森は、それぞれ違う木々が個性を持ちながら、共に生き、育つ場所です。
誰かと比べるのではなく、
一人ひとりが自分の道を見つけ、安心して前に進めること。
その伴走をしたいと考えています。
これからの時代に向けて
ワンクリックで膨大な情報に触れられる時代。
AIの進化により、なくなる仕事や意味を失う資格も増えていくでしょう。
経済や教育のあり方も、大きく変わっていくはずです。
そんな時代だからこそ、
• 学びを「選ぶこと」
• 生き方を「選ぶこと」
• 仕事や役割を「自分の意思で選ぶこと」
が、これまで以上に大切になると感じています。
Havenwood Life & Languageは、
英語学習とライフセラピーを柱に、
新しい時代を生きるための
「勇気」と「安らぎ」を取り戻す場所でありたいと思っています。
ここにつながることで、
少し肩の力が抜け、
「自分で選んで生きていいんだ」と思えるようになる。
そんな場になれたら幸いです。

Until now, I have worked with adults who wish to return to English learning and to reconnect with their own lives, guided by the belief that when adults live with authenticity and well-being, it naturally supports the happiness of children as well.
As the world, society, and our daily lives continue to change rapidly, I began to reflect on how I could offer a space that feels more personal, supportive, and deeply attentive to each individual.
With this intention, I have renewed the direction of my work and changed the business name to
Havenwood Life & Language.
The Meaning Behind “Havenwood”
The word “Haven” means a place of refuge or rest.
It represents a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself amid the demands of everyday life.
“Wood” refers to a forest—a place where diverse trees grow side by side, each with its own form and rhythm, while remaining in harmony.
At Havenwood, I hope to support each person in finding their own path, cultivating confidence, and moving forward at their own pace, without comparison.

We now live in an age where vast amounts of information are instantly available, and where rapid technological advances—such as AI—are reshaping work, education, and social values.
In times like these, the ability to choose becomes essential:
